Ms Saraswathi Venkateswaran, President and CEO of CEO Search India, is a board member with Prerana, a registered NGO that helps meritorious students from economically challenged families continue their education through college under the program called Pratibha Poshak (Nurture Merit).

The Pratibha Poshak project was started in 2000 at Raichur. Since then, its coverage has extended across Karnataka. In Bangalore alone, the program assisted over 500 students in 2009-10.

Pratibha Poshak provides academic support like coaching for entrance examinations, career counseling etc. and financial help like hostel fees, tuition fees, transportation expenses, stationery and a lot more.
