Ms Saraswathi Venkateswaran

Ms Saraswathi Venkateswaran is one of the pioneers in introducing the concept of ‘Head Hunting’ in India. In 1989, she was instrumental in forming a new company called The Head Hunters India Pvt Ltd, one of the best known companies in carrying out executive search in India and abroad.

Ms Saraswathi stepped down from the board of The Head Hunters India Pvt Ltd in 2004 to start her new venture with a major focus on providing senior executives for top positions like CEO and board level appointments.

After completing her M.A. in English, and a working stint at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, she joined Sterling Holidays and worked as General Manager Marketing Services for three years before starting The Head Hunters India Pvt Ltd.

Ms Saraswathi has placed over 900 CEOs across sectors, throughout the world. Her passion is to be matchmaker between individual and corporation and finding the perfect fit gives her the greatest joy. She builds a personal rapport with corporates who retain her for their executive search assignments.

Mr Venkat Iyer

Venkat Iyer, a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering from MS University of Baroda, started his career as a senior executive, production engineering, at Amtrex Appliances (now Hitachi Home & Life Solutions) in 1993.

After stints with The Head Hunters India Pvt Ltd and Focus Consulting, Mr Iyer moved to Ernst & Young Pvt Ltd. as Associate Director, Human Capital Practice, where he was responsible for business acquisition and client satisfaction. After ten years at E&Y, he set up Aventus Partners along with associates in 2007. Here, he is primarily responsible for delivering leadership talent acquisition solutions to clients and building the organisation.
